HANDS OF HOPE

Mission

Josephine’s Hands of Hope program collaborates with community volunteers to equip and empower our residents and children to create and distribute goods that will benefit people and pets living in local shelters. This service program not only contributes to the wellbeing of vulnerable animals and individuals in Snohomish and Skagit Counties, but also enhances the wellbeing of Josephine’s residents and children. Meaning and purpose are honored and nurtured for all in the community.

Lutheran Services

Important funding for the endeavor is through a grant from the ELCA Lutheran Services for the Elderly Endowment Fund with the goals of maximizing life experience, discovering and enabling meaningful vocations, and promoting independence for older adults.
