Terry Robertson CEO

Notes from the CEO

I looked out the window today and saw green buds popping out on a maple tree. I do love the spring with the fresh green coming out everywhere. Josephine is in a “Spring Season” now. For 108 years Josephine has fought the waters of the Stillaguamish river and feared the dykes holding back the Skagit river. We have evacuated 200+ elderly residents due to flooding to sleep on cots in a gym 5 times in the last 20 years. Most recently in 2008 and 2009. And now we are bringing a fresh start to Josephine. We are heading out of the flood plain to high ground. This is an exciting Spring for Josephine. A fresh start. New beginnings. You could be a part of the new campus. You have the opportunity to leave your footprint in the fresh spring soil of the new campus up on the hill. Kim Mercier, Sr Director of Development can help you leave an impact on your community for generations to come. She is available at (360) 510-2083 or email kim.m@www.josephinenet.com. John Hals left a beautiful legacy in 1908. Now we are building on that legacy.
